Marketing Consultant - Automotive Loans LOB

As a Marketing Consultant at Wells Fargo, I cooperatively managed B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for Wells Fargo's automotive loan line of business within a team of 5. Specifically, I was in charge of the creation and strategic implementation of numerous marketing and sales development programs for Wells Fargo Auto’s network of 12,000 dealers and 3 million auto loan consumers.

This strategic role supported 3 divisions of the WF Automotive Loans line-of-business, with the goal of personalizing the consumer journey for prospective and current WF automotive loan holders.

Day-to-day responsibilities included project management, cross-functional team collaboration, and intensive market research on consumer behavior and economic trends that would be used to support marketing strategy and implementation.

  • Led project management and intensive market research efforts with a wide range of team structures, to strengthen customer acquisition and retention for 3 auto divisions including Consumer Servicing, Retail Dealerships, and Commercial Lending.

  • Oversaw over 12 key B2B and B2C projects within enterprise operations platform as a liaison between legal, creative agency, anddigital execution teams to deliver a timely, best-in-class experience for all internal stakeholders and external customers.

  • Revamped creative asset management for multiple Wells Fargo Consumer Servicing philanthropy campaigns, which sponsored over 35 vehicle donations totaling $1 million to military veterans, to enhance brand reputation while achieving company-wide cultural goals.

  • Leveraged Microsoft Excel expertise on data initiative that led to a bounce rate reduction of 20% for a base of 70,000 dealer e-mails.
